As a rule, we don't accept refunds for purchases which were finalized normally without issues.
However we may consider refunds for specific purchases after we review and confirm the history such as whether purchased items were used.
Therefore to review your refund request, please send our suport team the relevant information which includes :
- Google Account
- Google Order Number
You can contact us by selecting 'Support' in the "settings" menu, which you can access with a button at the upper-right side of the main menu screen.
